Our Approach
Brandy, the founder of Sage, is a member of and trained with the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2). Brandy works with clients to identify the role of interested parties in the project on the IAP2 Spectrum, and follows IAP2 Core Values and Code of Ethics when engaging with the public.
Through an Engagement Planning Session, Sage will work with the client to define:
- Key messages
- Target audiences
- Participation methods
- Communication and engagement schedules
Activities are tailored to the audience and project goals, including online, in-person, and virtual options so participants can engage how and when they prefer. Engagement is continuously evaluated and adapted to maximize participation and impact.
